Is it up to the MSO to ensure that an EBIF app behaves as a good citizen? For example, if my 30-sec spot pops an overlay, who is responsible for clearing it from the screen? (I doubt that the next advertiser would want my overlay on-screen.) Likewise for EBIF triggered during a program -- who clears the overlay when a spot rolls?
